A listener joins to follow the discussions. A negotiator applies to contribute to the scholarly exchange; the negotiator form also includes a CV upload.
Both forms request name, email, education, language preferences and a message, with an agreement to share the form responses. The negotiator form additionally includes a CV field.
The current registration forms offer Arabic, English, Dutch and Turkish. Indicating a preference does not guarantee that a particular session will be provided in that language.
The form sends your request for review. Participation arrangements or any acceptance should be confirmed by the organisers.

The programme is held online via Zoom every Monday at 20:00 Europe/Amsterdam, with expert academic participation. Registration is required; the organisers provide participation information.
